At any time with the web portal option, your customers will be able to consult their card balance and account movements by visiting your respective website or directly at the point of sale. Your customers have the possibility to increase the number of meals as needed by visiting your website and making the payment online.

The system can also generate a barcode or assign an RFID or magnetic card to uniquely identify the meal card.

Balance on the card:
The meal card can manage the number of meals per day and/or the amount of money to be spent per day. Your client can adjust the minimum limit on the card at any time via the web portal and as soon as this limit is reached, the client will receive a warning by email. You can also configure that the balance appear on the cash coupon.

The Accounts Receivable option:
The accounts receivable section groups invoices charged to the account. At the time of payment, a customer can request that his invoice be transferred to his account. They can then pay later by the method of their choice: cash, debit, VISA, MasterCard, gift card, check, etc. The customer can also make payments to the account without an invoice being transferred to it. In this case, the customer is said to have a credit on his account.
